Agent Approval

Custom object AgentApproval__c. One human approval for one waiting tool call. Core creates it with the wait, assigns it as the record owner, accepts decisions only from eligible approvers, and closes it on decision, expiry, or cancellation.

Agent Run	AgentRun__c	Lookup	Run whose tool call waits for this approval.
Agent Tool	AgentTool__c	Lookup	The tool whose call waits for this approval. Pluto Core sets it when the approval opens. Approval processes, notification packages, and reports use it to treat each tool differently without matching on Tool Name.
Approver Type	ApproverType__c	Picklist	How Core chose the approver, copied from the tool or authorization policy when the approval was requested. Values: User, Queue, Anchor Record Owner, Requester’s Manager, Approval Process.
Closed At	ClosedAt__c	DateTime	When the approval was approved, rejected, expired, or cancelled.
Decided By	DecidedBy__c	Lookup	User who approved or rejected the tool call.
Decision Comment	DecisionComment__c	LongTextArea	The approver’s comment on the decision, with sensitive values replaced by tokens. A rejection comment is also what the agent receives as the tool result.
Expires At	ExpiresAt__c	DateTime	Deadline for a decision. After it passes, Core applies When Approval Expires.
Reason	Reason__c	Text	Why Core asked for this approval: the tool setting or the authorization policy reason.
Relayed By	RelayedBy__c	Lookup	Approval channel user that delivered a decision made outside Salesforce records, such as in a native approval process or Slack. Blank when the approver decided directly.
Requested By	RequestedBy__c	Lookup	User who started the run.
Run Revision	RunRevision__c	Number	Run revision at which the approval was requested. A decision applies only while the run is still at this revision.
Status	Status__c	Picklist	Lifecycle state of the approval. Core closes it when someone decides, the deadline passes, or the run is cancelled. Values: Pending, Approved, Rejected, Expired, Cancelled.
Tool Name	ToolName__c	Text	Developer name of the tool waiting for approval.
When Approval Expires	ExpiryAction__c	Picklist	Copied from the tool: what Core does if nobody decides before the deadline. Values: Deny and Continue, Pause for Operator.
