Cancel Agent Run

Cancels a run that has not finished.

Apex class: AgentCancelRunAction.

Decide Agent Approval

Approves or rejects Agent Approvals assigned to the running user or their queue. Returns an error per request instead of failing the flow, including for decisions this transaction has no capacity left to make.

Get Agent Run Result

Returns the status of a run and its answer: the final answer of a succeeded run, or the latest answer of a conversation waiting for a reply.

Pause Agent Run

Pauses a running run before its next step starts. Rescue it to continue.

Reconcile Agent Tool Call

Records what an outside system shows for a tool call whose outcome is Unknown.

Safe to Retry	No	For Retry: true only when repeating the call cannot do the work twice.

Reply to Agent Run

Sends a person’s next message to a conversational agent run that is waiting for their reply. Read the answer with Get Agent Run Result.

Resume Agent Wait

Gives a waiting agent tool the outside system’s answer, using the resume key the tool handed out.

Start Agent Run

Starts one agent run per request. Returns an error per request instead of failing the flow.

Apex class: AgentStartRunAction.

Inputs

Agent Developer Name	Yes	Developer name of an active agent shared with the running user.
Input	No	What the agent should do, as text or JSON.
Anchor Record ID	No	The record the run is about. Both the running user and the agent must be able to read it.
Parent Run ID	No	Optional run this one continues, such as the previous step of a chain. When the parent is limited to a person, this run keeps the same limit.
Correlation Key	No	Recommended in record-triggered flows. Repeating a start with the same key returns the existing run instead of starting another, so a flow that fires twice starts one run. Example: the record Id plus a step name.

Queued	True when the start continues shortly in the background because this transaction reached its limits.

Verify Agent Execution Identity

Signs in through the identity’s Named Credential and checks that it lands on the selected user. Run it before any record changes in the same transaction.
